A gate-access and facility-management platform for Nigerian estates: resident app, guard terminal, facility dashboard, and the hardware to run it. Designed, built, and shipped solo for Olive Ridge.

A visitor logbook nobody reads back. Entries and exits exist on paper for one shift, then disappear. No search, no history, no proof after an incident.
Service charge collection depends on goodwill. Facility managers have no lever to enforce payment beyond asking again, and estates lose 20–40% of billed dues to defaults.
Cloud-dependent gate systems fail exactly when needed. A network outage during rush hour turns a smart gate into a locked one, or an unguarded one.
