Privacy notice.
Olive Ridge Digital Solutions (OR Digital), based in Abuja, Nigeria, runs this website. This notice explains what we collect, why, and what you can ask us to do with it.
When you send a project enquiry
We store what you type into the form: your name, business name, how to reach you (phone, WhatsApp number or email), your website address, the type of project, your description, and any timeline or budget you choose. We also store the page you sent it from and the time.
We use this only to reply to you and, if we work together, to plan the project. We do not sell it, and we do not add you to a mailing list.
To stop spam, we keep a scrambled code derived from your internet connection with each enquiry. It is not your IP address, it changes every day, and it is used only to limit repeated submissions.
Along with the form we also send how your visit started: the first page you opened on this site, the website that linked you here (just its name, such as google.com), and any campaign tag in the link you followed. Your browser remembers this only for the current tab, without cookies, and it reaches us only if you send the form. It helps us learn which pages and channels bring the right enquiries.
We record our own replies, notes and the outcome of each enquiry so we can follow up properly. These are deleted along with the enquiry.
When you browse
We count visits with Umami, a privacy-focused analytics tool that does not use cookies and does not identify you. It records things like which pages are viewed, the referring website, device type and country, and anonymous clicks on buttons such as “Start your project”. We never send your form answers, name, email or phone number to analytics.
If your browser sends a Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control signal, we don’t count your visit and we don’t record how it started.
Who processes it
- Supabase stores enquiries in our database.
- Vercel hosts the website.
- Resend delivers the internal email that tells us a new enquiry has arrived.
- Umami Cloud provides the anonymous visit counts.
- If you message us on WhatsApp, that conversation is also subject to WhatsApp’s own terms.
Some of these providers may store data outside Nigeria.
Who can see enquiries
Only signed-in members of the OR Digital team. Enquiries are never visible to other visitors.
How long we keep it
Enquiries are deleted automatically 12 months after they are sent. You can ask us to delete yours sooner at any time.
Your rights
Under the Nigeria Data Protection Act 2023 you can ask to see the information we hold about you, correct it, or have it deleted, and you can withdraw your consent to us contacting you. Email studio@ordigital.com.ng and we will respond. You can also complain to the Nigeria Data Protection Commission.
